Official Decree of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, nullifying and declaring null and utterly void ALL ceremonies of marriages performed within the assemblies of heretics, including the illegitimate “orders” of the SSPX, SSPX-MC, SSPV and the sedevacantist heretics. Whether there is a valid recourse to obtain legitimacy of the valid marital status is explained and decreed by this Papal Decree, which Decree is thereto published with the intention to prevent the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony to be contemned and defiled by their abuses and disregard of its laws by the IPSO FACTO (and declared) excommunicated members of all heretical assemblies without any exception.
